Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only
- Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days
- Delivery takes 3-7 business days from shipment date
- You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you
Product Availability
Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund. We reserve the right to modify product offerings and prices with reasonable notice.
Subscription Changes
You may modify your subscription preferences (e.g., switch between monthly and quarterly plans) by contacting us at support@pupsday.com. Changes will take effect for your next billing cycle. You cannot modify or cancel a subscription for the current billing period once it has been charged.
